I’m a thirty something football fan, coach, and avid supporter. I am willing to debate any issue in the game, and have an interest in tactics and strategy. Football is the greatest game on the planet, and when talking to real fans I never call it soccer. MLS is my favorite league, along with EPL matches, I watch as much as possible both in person and on TV. I started playing at the age of 8, and started coaching at the age of 30. I currently coach at the Chelsea School in Silver Spring, Maryland, and play as often as possible where ever and when ever I can. Long Live The Beautiful Game!!!
ummm… where’d your cover photo come from? Do you know the photographer?

Cover photo? Are you talking about the header? No I don’t know the photographer. I think I got it out of some generic computer wallpaper cache off a friend’s computer. If there’s something I should know about it, please inform me.

just an FYI – that photo first appeared on my website:

I alerted the photographer. He may be in touch. Not sure if he will care. Maybe he won’t care, but for better or worse people need to protect their work in this day and age, especially when a photo is not just used one time but permanently embedded into the design of the website.

Well, then I certainly make my apologies and will remove the picture from the header. I hope it hasn’t offended anyone, and I hope it won’t be a problem for me to take some time to create an adequate replacement, but again, I apologize.

no worries… and he might be flattered and let you use it. it is a wonderful image. I’d find a replacement, but maybe hold off and see if you hear from him. He is a friend of a friend of a friend of mine, so I can’t speak to what he would think and don’t even have his direct contact info…
best of luck in all this soccer. Cheers, Adam

I’ll certainly prepare a replacement, but have him contact me either way if possible just so that I can be sure to both apologize and make sure I’m getting the yes or no straight from him. Thanks!
